Le Griddle's Quad Burner Gas Griddle is made from heavy duty 304 stainless steel, with a 100% thermally conductive surface, assuring you an even grill. The removeable stainless steel griddle plate makes it easy to carry your meats back inside, as well as make your cleaning process much easier.

This highly secured device comes with a safety valve and a thermocouple to cut off gas supply in the event of an accidental flame extinction. The 4 U-shaped, durable, high-powered 304 stainless steel burners (36,000 total BTUs) are protected from any wind with a ventilation grill. As well as a exclusive curved tray to recover the oil and fat.

Since this griddle is split into 2 congruent sides, with a cooking space of 29 3/8" wide, and 15 3/4" deep for each one, you have plenty of space to cook anything and everything that you desire. If you plan to build it into the countertop, you can expect the cutout to be 60 1/4" wide, 16 5/8" deep with knobs, and 5 1/2" high with the feet.

*Please keep in mind that the griddle weighs roughly 200lbs, so make sure before hand that your counter can support this weight. 

*The propane hose & regulator, gas flex lines, and griddle lids are sold separately. 

*NOTICE - If installing this unit into a cabinet, the cabinet must be made of a non-combustible material or an insulation liner must be used. This appliance may also be placed on a non-combustible surface or the optional portable cart.
