The Dual Burner Freestanding Griddle by Le Griddle is made to make lives easier with electric, natural gas, and propane gas options available. The cart sits on 4 swivel wheel casters, with two having locks to hold the griddle stationary when using. With dual fold-down side shelves, you have the option to use them to hold your equipment and plates as you grill, or fold them down when you would like to stow the griddle away in a tight spot. The removable grease tray allows for you to catch all the oil and fat that drips to make your cleanup job that much easier.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel, giving it a 100% thermally conductive surface, to ensure that you get an even grill every time. The cast-iron base plate adds an extra level of quality in the grill, by maintaining a consistent temperature throughout each Saturday grilling session. While you have the option to choose gas powered, all variants have an electric ignition system, that lights the flame under the burners, to keep you from having to mess with the gas once it's installed. The cooking surface is larger than most similar products, being 29 3/8" wide, and 15 3/4"deep, giving you a total surface area of 463 Sq. In.
