The removeable stainless steel griddle plate makes it easy to carry your meats back inside, as well as make your cleaning process much easier.

The U-shaped, durable, high-powered 304 stainless steel burner (9,000 total BTUs) is protected from any wind with a ventilation grill. As well as a exclusive curved tray to recover the oil and fat.

Since this griddle is one full flattop across, with a cooking space of 16" wide and 15 3/4" deep, you have plenty of space to cook anything and everything that you desire. With flip-out side panels available on both sides, this adds a space for you to comfortably store you finished meats while the rest are being grilled to perfection.
