Many case studies done in recent years have come out with factual evidence to support longer life spans for those who take care of their cardiovascular health.
Researchers from the University of Eastern Finland tracked 2,300 middle-aged men for an average of 20 years.
They put them into 3 groups, based on how many sauna sessions they implemented in their week.
The researchers stated, "Over the course of the study, 49% of men who went to a sauna once a week died, compared with 38% of those who went two to three times a week and just 31% of those who went four to seven times a week."
While sauna sessions aren't the only thing you should do to maintain good health, there is plenty of evidence to prove it is a great thing to implement into your routine.
